This calculator enables you to view a year by year breakdown in terms of interest and principal reduction payments, over the term of a mortgage. You can enter the mortgage term, interest rate and size of the mortgage and produce the schedule. The calculator also shows the total amount of interest that you will pay over the life of the mortgage. There is a print facility allowing you to print the schedule.
